Liberty Mutual Insurance on Thursday named Wesley Hyatt president of Global Risk Solutions North America distribution and global client engagement.
Ms. Hyatt, based in Boston, will lead market engagement across distribution, field operations, broker strategy, client engagement and marketing in the expanded role, Liberty Mutual said in a statement.
Ms. Hyatt most recently was global chief client officer for the insurer’s Global Risk Solutions division. Before that, she was senior vice president of workers compensation claims.
In 2019, Ms. Hyatt was named one of Business Insurance’s Women to Watch.
Ben Johnson, who was recently named president of Liberty Mutual’s wholesale insurance unit, Ironshore Insurance, previously was president of field operations for Global Risk Solutions North America.
