Inszone Insurance Services said Thursday that it has acquired commercial and personal lines brokerage Legacy Partners Insurance Services.
Founded by Joe Graham in 2013, Legacy is based in Harrison Township, Michigan, and has 22 staff, according to its website.
Mr. Graham will remain with the brokerage and Legacy’s chief operating officer, Cale Johnson, will become Inszone’s general counsel, the Sacramento, California-based brokerage said in a statement.
Inszone is the 44th largest broker of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
