Safety will once again be a part of that magic.
Disney Experiences and FM have relaunched Disney Wild About Safety, the longtime guest education program that turns important safety reminders into fun, family-friendly moments across Disney parks, resorts and cruise ships, the insurer announced Wednesday.
Originally launched in 2003, the program features the beloved “Lion King” duo helping guests learn everything from staying hydrated to practicing smart park and vacation safety. Through tip cards, activity books and videos, the initiative has reached more than one billion children and families worldwide.
The refreshed version includes updated character artwork, new educational materials and stronger visual storytelling designed to connect with today’s guests around the globe.
“We’re excited to relaunch Disney Wild About Safety with refreshed content and expanded reach,” said Greg Hale, vice president and chief safety officer at Disney Experiences.
The partnership between Disney and FM actually goes way back — more than 75 years. Disney first worked with FM Global while planning its earliest theme park developments, and the relationship has continued ever since.
