Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd. posted a first-quarter group net income of $1.5 billion, up 19% year on year, Artemis reported. Group insurance revenue fell slightly to $10 billion from $10.4 billion last year, primarily due to lower property and casualty reinsurance revenue.
